Volunteer

Volunteers are an essential part of the All Saints Family.

Volunteering at school is welcome. In order to volunteer at All Saints Academy there are a few easy steps that need to be completed.

1

Virtus Training

The safety education program for students in grades K-12 teaches them how to recognize and avoid situations that could lead to sexual abuse. It also encourages communication between children and their parents so that dangerous situations and incidents are reported promptly.

The Safe Environment programs for adults and children are ongoing. They are vital components of the Diocese of Scranton’s continuing commitment to ensure safe environments for all children.

All volunteer's will need to register an online account and sign up for a Virtus session.

FBI Criminal Background Check (fingerprinting)

This step is only required if the volunteer hasn't been a resident of Pennsylvania for at least 10 years. The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services is utilizing Cogent Systems to process fingerprint-based FBI criminal background checks.
